Para ello,<\/span><b> el primer paso es darte de alta como aut\u00f3nomo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y cumplir con las obligaciones fiscales correspondientes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqu\u00ed te explicamos todo lo que necesitas saber para facturar correctamente como joyero en Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Alta en Hacienda<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El primer tr\u00e1mite para empezar a emitir tu factura de joyer\u00eda es <\/span><b>registrarte como aut\u00f3nomo en la Agencia Tributaria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Para ello, debes presentar el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billin.net\/blog\/capitulo-guia-solicitud-nif-modelo-036\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modelo 036<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que es la declaraci\u00f3n censal en la que informas tu actividad econ\u00f3mica, tu sistema de tributaci\u00f3n y otros datos fiscales relevantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udd14 <\/span><b><i>Importante<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Desde el 3 de febrero de 2025, el modelo 037 ha sido eliminado, por lo que todos los aut\u00f3nomos deben utilizar exclusivamente el modelo 036.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h4><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 debes indicar en el modelo 036?<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ep\u00edgrafe del IAE (Impuesto sobre actividades econ\u00f3micas)<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Para las actividades de joyer\u00eda, deber\u00e1s darte de alta en alguno de los siguientes ep\u00edgrafes, <\/span><b>dependiendo de tu actividad exacta:<\/b>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Ep\u00edgrafe 659.2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: comercio al por menor de art\u00edculos de relojer\u00eda y joyer\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Ep\u00edgrafe 391.1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: fabricaci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos de joyer\u00eda y similares.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si adem\u00e1s ofreces reparaciones, deber\u00e1s a\u00f1adir tambi\u00e9n la actividad correspondiente a servicios. (<\/span><b>Ep\u00edgrafe 871.2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: servicios de reparaci\u00f3n de relojes, joyas y similares).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>R\u00e9gimen de IVA\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las ventas de joyas est\u00e1n sujetas al <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billin.net\/blog\/tipos-iva-espana\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tipo general de IVA<\/span><\/a><b> del 21%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, salvo casos excepcionales (como ciertas operaciones intracomunitarias o style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al darte de alta, deber\u00e1s elegir la forma en que tributar\u00e1s en el impuesto sobre la renta de las personas f\u00edsicas (IRPF).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Para joyeros, las opciones m\u00e1s habituales son:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Estimaci\u00f3n directa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: tributas sobre los beneficios reales (ingresos \u2013 gastos).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Estimaci\u00f3n objetiva (m\u00f3dulos)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: no suele aplicarse al comercio de joyer\u00eda, ya que esta actividad generalmente no est\u00e1 incluida en el sistema de m\u00f3dulos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Alta en la Seguridad Social<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una vez hayas formalizado tu alta en Hacienda, el siguiente paso es <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billin.net\/blog\/darse-de-alta-como-autonomo\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">darte de alta como aut\u00f3nomo en la Seguridad Social<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a trav\u00e9s de su sede electr\u00f3nica.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>R\u00e9gimen Especial de Trabajadores Aut\u00f3nomos (RETA)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tendr\u00e1s que inscribirte en el RETA, lo que conlleva la obligaci\u00f3n de comenzar a pagar las <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billin.net\/blog\/cuotas-autonomos-2023-2031\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuotas mensuales como aut\u00f3nomo<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta cuota var\u00eda<\/span><b> en funci\u00f3n de tu base de cotizaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aunque durante los primeros meses puedes beneficiarte de la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billin.net\/blog\/requisitos-cumplir-tarifa-plana\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tarifa plana<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 (cuota reducida) si es la primera vez que te das de alta como aut\u00f3nomo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Plazo para realizar el alta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se exige que el alta en la Seguridad Social se realice <\/span><b><i>antes<\/i><\/b><b> de iniciar la actividad.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Puedes hacerlo con<\/span><b> al menos 60 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto significa que debes planificar bien el inicio de tu actividad profesional o empresarial.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se hace una factura de joyer\u00eda?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una <\/span><b>factura de joyer\u00eda<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es el documento fiscal que detalla la venta de productos o servicios relacionados con la joyer\u00eda, como anillos, collares, reparaciones o dise\u00f1os personalizados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Este documento es esencial por varias razones:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cumplimiento legal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: los profesionales del sector est\u00e1n obligados a expedir y entregar facturas por las operaciones realizadas en el desarrollo de su actividad empresarial o gastos y cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Confianza del cliente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: una factura detallada y profesional refuerza la credibilidad del negocio<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Elementos esenciales de una factura de joyer\u00eda<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emitir correctamente una factura de joyer\u00eda no solo es un requisito legal, sino una parte esencial de la relaci\u00f3n profesional con tus clientes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tanto si vendes piezas en una tienda f\u00edsica como si ofreces servicios de reparaci\u00f3n o vendes online,<\/span><b> tu factura debe contener una serie de elementos obligatorios para ser v\u00e1lida<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ante Hacienda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos son los elementos imprescindibles que debe incluir una factura de joyer\u00eda profesional, de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2012-14696\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reglamento que regula las obligaciones de facturaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aprobado por el <\/span><b>Real Decreto 1619\/2012, de 30 de noviembre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Datos del emisor (la joyer\u00eda): <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la factura debe identificar claramente a qui\u00e9n emite el documento.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Debes incluir:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombre completo o raz\u00f3n social de la joyer\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direcci\u00f3n fiscal (domicilio del negocio o lugar desde el que ejerces la actividad).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NIF (n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n fiscal) o CIF en caso de sociedades.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puedes a\u00f1adir tambi\u00e9n otros datos como correo electr\u00f3nico o tel\u00e9fono, aunque no son obligatorios.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Datos del cliente, (es obligatorio incluir):<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nombre y apellidos o raz\u00f3n social.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direcci\u00f3n fiscal completa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n fiscal (NIF o CIF).<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Fecha de emisi\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: toda factura de joyer\u00eda debe indicar claramente la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billin.net\/blog\/fecha-emision-factura\/#:~:text=Personas%20jur%C3%ADdicas%3A%20la%20fecha%20m%C3%A1xima,un%20mes%20para%20su%20env%C3%ADo\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fecha en que se emite<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Este dato es fundamental, afectando a la contabilidad trimestral.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>N\u00famero de factura:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cada factura debe tener un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billin.net\/blog\/numeracion-facturas\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00famero de factura<\/span><\/a><b> \u00fanico y correlativo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dentro de la serie que utilices.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Por ejemplo:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FJ-2025-001<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JY\/25\/023<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La numeraci\u00f3n debe ser secuencial y sin saltos. Puedes utilizar series distintas si tienes varios puntos de venta o departamentos (ej.: ventas online vs. tienda f\u00edsica).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Descripci\u00f3n de los productos o servicios:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es uno de los elementos clave en la factura. Debes especificar con claridad qu\u00e9 se est\u00e1 vendiendo o qu\u00e9 servicio se ha prestado.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Algunos ejemplos:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Venta de productos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Anillo de oro 18k, con diamante de 0,25 quilates.<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Colgante personalizado con iniciales.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Servicios de reparaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Ajuste de anillo.<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Limpieza y pulido profesional de joyas.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Base imponible: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es el importe total sin impuestos. Este valor se calcula antes de aplicar el IVA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>IVA aplicado: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en joyer\u00eda, se aplica el <\/span><b>tipo general de IVA del 21 %<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sobre la base imponible. Este impuesto debe aparecer claramente <\/span><b>desglosado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en la factura.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Incluye:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porcentaje de IVA (21 %).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Importe correspondiente al IVA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Precio total con IVA incluido.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Total de la factura: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aqu\u00ed se muestra el <\/span><b>importe final que el cliente debe abonar<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es decir, la suma de la base imponible y el IVA aplicado.
